Questions to ponder:
1. What do you think about Palm Sunday? Based on what you know, what parts of the story make sense to you and what doesn’t? Why?
2. Based on your observations, what blessings and/or challenges of the holidays/festivals celebration that may not be relevant to majority or minority in a diverse community?
3. Beside attentively and empathetically listening to the stories of others and sharing your own personal stories, what else can cultivate an environment in which all people can experience hospitable fellowship?
Prayer: Compassionate God, on the path alongside Jesus to the cross, may we have your courage in the face of fear, your faith in the face of doubt, your determination in the face of defeat, and your love in the face of hate. Humbly and gratefully, we pray. Amen.
