1. What are some of the drawbacks and benefits of having unwritten or written rules in a family, a workplace, or a community?
2. How have your family rules, whether the ones you grew up with or you made for your children, served your life together? Did they create trust, conflicts, or obstacles, etc.?
3. In your view, what would be a more effective process to make rules that create a vibrant and flourishing community?
